On April 30th, China Mobile and the Huawei corporation took 5G connectivity to a new level by

bringing the network to the “summit” of Mount Everest by installing a 5G base station on the altitude of 6500 meters. It’s now the world’s highest 5G base station and now China mobile, thanks to Huawei, is able to use its network on Mount Everest. China Mobile built  a dual Gigabit network where base stations were build on Mount Everest base camps at the altitude of 5,300 meters, the Transition Camp at 5,800 meters, and the Forward Camp at 6,500 meters. Huawei’s 5G technologies are applied at these base stations “where network maintenance and optimization are done by a dozen of network specialists who station 24/7 to ensure smooth network operations.” (source)

According to Huawei,

Huawei strongly believes that technology means to make the world better. The beauty of Mount Everest can be displayed via 5G high-definition video and VR experience, which also provides further insights for mountaineers, scientists and other specialists into the nature. The ground-breaking establishment on Mount Everest once again proves that 5G technology connect Mankind and the Earth harmoniously.

The Health Concerns Surrounding 5G. It’s Not A Conspiracy Theory

There are many scientists, doctors, activists and peer-reviewed scientific publications raising concerns about 5G technology, and unnatural sources of wireless technology in general. For example, a study published in 2019 in Frontiers in Public Health is one of many. It points out that “novel 5G technology is being rolled out in several densely populated cities, although potential chronic health or environmental impacts have not been evaluated and are not being followed.” It goes on to emphasize that the range and magnitude of potential impacts of 5G technologies are under-researched, although important biological outcomes have been reported with millimeter wavelength exposure.”

A paper published in 2018 in Environmental Research titled “Wi-Fi is an important threat to human health” points out that,

“Repeated Wi-Fi studies show that Wi-Fi causes oxidative stress, sperm/testicular damage, neuropsychiatric effects including EEG changes, apoptosis, cellular DNA damage, endocrine changes, and calcium overload.”

These are just a few of many examples, again, there are a number of studies emerging concerning 5G, and a number of studies (thousands) that have emerged for years which is why more than 200 scientists petitioned the United Nations a few years ago to look deeper into this issue, to no avail.

Clearly, reputable scientific health concerns are being raised and have being raised, but the examples above are simply the tip of the iceberg.
